         What a productive week it's been! Earlier this week I met up with my committee partner Kayla to start brainstorming ideas for our promotional VEP video, although most of our base ideas are completed we have yet to figure out a way to physically perform our video. On wednesday we had our 3rd workshop which was “Tabling with confidence”. Before the workshop I had automatically assumed tabling translated to playing around with, which I soon after realized it most certainly is not haha! During the workshop I got an insight of how volunteer events could potentially look next year and we also ran through scenarios that could happen while tabling which was super funny. Towards the end of the week my eagerness and energy skyrocketed which led to a very efficient VEP recruitment plan being completed! I created an instagram post which we used to advertise our new recruitment. We created a google docs form (where students can apply to be a VEP member), a google sheet to keep track of the people we've contacted, and an interview process that would be led by us 6 interns.
